Ordering and pricing
Pricing is shared via moodboard proposal and confirmed in writing before production begins. Orders are deemed confirmed once payment is received and the moodboard is approved. Once confirmed, our cancellation policy applies.
Customisation
All customised elements (monograms, custom notes, custom scents, ribbon colours) are produced based on what you approve in the moodboard. Please review carefully — customised pieces cannot be returned.
Shipping and delivery
Our shipping and delivery policy is detailed separately. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier partners and, for international, on customs clearance.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the value of the order itself.
