- To communicate with you about your order — the moodboard, the timeline, the dispatch confirmation.
- To send you the occasional studio update (only if you opt in).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information to anyone.
- We do not share your information with third parties except where strictly required for delivery (the courier partner).
- We do not retain payment card details — payments go through secure payment gateways.
