Cancellation Policy
Honest, because our work begins the moment you confirm.
Because our gifts are personalised, work on your order begins the moment it is confirmed — sourcing, custom monogramming, handwritten notes, hand-finishing, and packaging are all underway long before dispatch. Our cancellation policy reflects that.
Before order confirmation
Full refund. The moodboard proposal stage is exploration — you can cancel at any time with no charge.
After order confirmation
50% refund. The remaining 50% covers sourcing, customisation and studio time already spent.
Important: the 50% retained becomes a studio credit you can use for any future gift within 12 months. No restrictions on category, occasion or recipient. We will hold the credit for you, and apply it the moment you write back.
Within 72 hours of dispatch
Cancellation is no longer possible. The gift is already finished and en route.
