Shipping & Delivery Policy
Pan-India delivery, with care.
We ship across India by default, with tracked, white-glove delivery for every gift. International delivery is arranged on request.
Within India
- Please write in at least three weeks before your gifting date. The earlier you write, the more deeply we can tailor your edit.
- Ready-to-ship editions can move within 24–72 hours in metros, on request.
- All shipments include tracking, shared with you on dispatch.
- Multi-address shipping for wedding, festive and corporate programs is included.
International
- Please write in at least five weeks before your gifting date. We manage customs documentation and timelines from our studio.
- International shipping is priced per shipment and shared with the moodboard proposal.
- Some items (alcohol, perishables, restricted ingredients) cannot ship internationally. We will let you know if anything in your edit cannot travel.
Delivery to the recipient
- Every gift can ship to you, or directly to the recipient, with a handwritten note from you.
- Surprise deliveries are coordinated discreetly — we will not ask the recipient about expected packages.
- If the recipient is travelling, we can hold delivery to a date you specify.
